Hello and Welcome to Therapy With Lauren!
My name is Lauren and I am an integrative psychotherapist, which basically means I believe that one type of therapy doesn't suit everyone! Instead, I integrate several types of therapy based on YOUR individual needs and goals of therapy. Specifically, I integrate Attachment Theory, Person-Centred Approach and Cognitive Behavioural Theory (CBT); to work holistically by considering all parts of the human experience.
I can help you process difficult past experiences, support you through any current life stressors, help you to re-establish control over your emotional wellbeing and support you in becoming the very best version of YOU!
I can work with a whole spectrum of difficulties, but I specifically specialise in trauma, domestic abuse and attachment wounds. Whether you are seeking support in working through past traumas or simply need a listening ear, I am here and dedicated to helping all of my clients achieve their therapy goals.
Our mental health requires regular care in order to stay healthy, the same way that our physical health does! Therapy can not only be part of your mental health care, but it can also help you overcome a lifetime of struggles, understand your experiences better and create a healthier relationship with both yourself and others.

I studied counselling and psychotherapy for 6 years and have two degrees, with a qualification to masters level. I have experience within the domestic abuse sector and providing therapy for those in employment. I am passionate in giving my client's the best possible experience of therapy and supporting you in reaching your goals.
